Brand New Champion

Sioux finished his CH winning 3 5pt majors over four days starting with the first 5pt major on Valentines day, Winners reserve on the 15th and then the second 5pt major on Sunday the 16th and the third and final 5pt major to finish on the 17th. Thanks to Jodi Quesnell for handling Sioux on the days he won and Adam Cunningham the day he was Winners Reserve. Jodi and Adam co-own Riot, Sioux's mom.

This was a great multi day trip down to Oklahoma with great friends and some darn good dogs. Mix in a few birds and you have yourselves the making for a good trip!

More 2013/2014 Hunting

These are from multiple weekends of hunting in Nebraska in the latter half of December and into January. Was lucky enough to get out in the field quite a bit! Wish the bird count this year matched up to that .... but between lack of water impacting pheasants and the floods doing in the quail in NE .... it was a bit of a rough year. 

This girl is Jill who also is out of Ironwire Kennel and one of Sioux's main hunting partners all season. She is a sweet dog and a nice little hunter with mid range. Great complement to Sioux who ranges fairly far out.
