2016/2017 Hunting Season

Opening weekend of the 2015/2016 Hunting Season in Colorado. This is the first opening weekend my Dad joined me for, here out west and we spent the weekend in Holyoke CO with good friends hunting. Other than the embrace of my wife or the smile from my daughter ..... looking out over a field and seeing my Dad walking next to me with a good dog out front working the terrain is about as close to heaven as I get. It brings so may elements of what is important to me together in one moment.
